After a detailed Corporate analysis of our Client and obtaining key details such as experience level, exceptional skills, education, personality profile, culture and management style, a recruiter is assigned to identify, recruit, and select specific candidates.
Sourcing of Candidates
Our growing research base includes potential candidates in selected companies and targeted industries worldwide. Our recruiting approach is far superior to those found through traditional methods.
Candidate Screening and Client Introduction
Potential candidates are thoroughly interviewed to understand their experience, capabilities, accomplishments, strengths, limitations, and ambitions. The identity of the client is kept confidential. The strongest candidates who meet the position requirements are selected for presentation. Following the client-candidate interview the leading candidates’ background and performance records are presented to our client.
Offer and Acceptance
As specialists in your industry, we provide clients with recommendations regarding compensation plans. While final selection of the individual and the offer of employment are always made by the client, we are prepared to assist, as required, in any negotiations necessary to achieve offer/acceptance. ]
Candidate Duration and Guarantee
The employer agrees to pay the consulting fee if any candidate presented by Ez Services & Solutions hired for any position by the client company, its parent company or any of its divisions/subsidiaries.
Should the candidate be terminated for just cause or leave the position voluntarily at no fault of the employer within the agreed guaranteed period, Ez Services & Solutions will replace the employee at no additional charge within 3 months of his/her date of Joining.
Background and Reference
At Ez Services & Solutions we believe in knowing our candidates. A thorough understanding of their work history, business associations, and reputation in the industry, provides us with a solid understanding of their suitability for the client's organization.
Fee
The consulting fee, which is a percentage of candidate’s annual compensation as agreed with the client, is charged to the client and is due on Net 30 days of the invoice.
